Grain painting is a Northern District speciality

Sunflower centre 1.6m in diameter
Definition of patience, depicting avocado flower petals in white maize

Bee sculptures float over honeycombes topped with meticulously presented produce ie.
​arrowroot, red maize, honey frame and wax.  The walls are made of honey jars illuminated with LEDs.  Giant strawberries are depicted in red apples, kiwi fruit and pineapple tops

Thanks to the brilliant installation team who worked for 10 days on this display in Sydney with style, humour and fortitude.
